The Shyftr.com web site is owned, controlled and maintained by Upshot Interactive, Inc.
By registering for a Shyftr.com account, you consent and agree to the following terms and conditions:

You are at least 13 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your user name and password (outside of our methods to maintain the privacy within the Shyftr.com site). Your password is encrypted on the Shyftr.com web site. Shyftr.com is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to maintain your privacy.

You may not use Shyftr.com for any illegal purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright laws that protect feed content providers, modifying the service or ‘hacking’ the web site, manipulating the site, or illegally or falsely insinuating any such association with another web site or organization with Shyftr.com.

You may use Shyftr.com for personal use only.

You may not duplicate nor profit from any part or portion of the Shyftr.com web site, which includes: content from any feeds, the Shyftr.com logo or likeness, or any additional content appearing on the Shyftr.com web site. You may use the Shyftr.com buttons that are provided as links back to the Shyftr.com web site, but they may not be modified in any way.
Availability:
From time to time, the Shyftr.com service may be temporarily unavailable or suspended. We make no guarantees to: interruptions, security or reliability of our service and network. Your use of our service is “as is” and “as available”, and is at your risk and discretion.
Third Party Content:
Since much content on the Shyftr.com web site is transmitted from other, 3rd party feed and content providers, Shyftr.com is not responsible for any part or portion of 3rd party content or intellectual property and its accuracy, legality and subject matter. We do not endorse any such content from 3rd party sites and we are not responsible for any damage or loss in connection with content from these sites.
Transmission of Data:
The transmission of our data may be unencrypted and may be sent over various networks outside of our jurisdiction. We may change our methods of such transmission to adhere to requirements of other networks transmitting the Shyftr.com data and service.
Email Notifications:
We will not share your email with any third party service. From time to time we will send email notifications pertaining to Shyftr usage and updates within the community. If you choose to not receive these emails, you will have the ability to opt-out.
Termination of User Accounts:
At any time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason which includes, but is not limited to the following: content within your account and profile is unlawful, offensive, objectionable, or defames or threatens another user of Shyftr.com.
Modifications to Terms of Service:
Shyftr.com reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service herein outlined without notice, and the Terms of Service document will be amended to reflect such changes. From time to time, Shyftr.com will include new features, updates to the web site and release new tools. These will be inclusive of the Terms of Service and your agreement gives consent to these aforementioned changes and modifications.
Indemnification:
No waiver of provisions will be granted should Shfytr.com fail to enforce any Terms of Service. You will indemnify and hold Shyftr.com and its employees harmless from any fees resulting in your use of the Service, or any violations of the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service constitutes an agreement between you and Shfytr.com and limits your use of Shyftr.com to the scope of this agreement.
